TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer order through our online store on hofler.fi. As these terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time and without foregoing notice, we advise that you read these prior to each purchase.
By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below.
HOW TO ORDER
Products can be ordered via the Internet at www.hofler.fi by using the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, shipping charges and ordered products. Thus an existing email address is required in order to make the purchase.
You will be able to use our network service and to browse and order products from our online store without registration. However, if you choose to order products Hofler.fi online store, you will need to provide the following information about yourself:
- Address (street address, city and postal code)
- Telephone number
- E-mail address.
If we do not receive the above information, we cannot process your order and deliver products to you.
The customer can choose to sign up for the online service. Registered users can browse their order history, track the status of the order, as well as edit their own contact details, e.g. change the delivery address. The users can also choose whether they want to receive newsletters from Hofler.
Hofler will not give customer information to any third party.
Your order has been accepted once you have received an order confirmation sent to the e-mail address you specified when the order was placed.
From the order confirmation you can see:
- the order number
- all ordered products
- the invoice amount
Registered users can also use their user account to check the contents of the order.
Products and their postage are paid together with the order. Hofler.fi online store handles all payments in cooperation with Paytrail Oyj. Payments can be done through netbanks or by debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). You will be able to use all Finnish online banks.
PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.
Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution. For reclamations, please contact the website you made your payment to.

Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.
We aim to deliver within 2 to 5 days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Once you have placed your order and supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.
Delivery method and shipping costs
Shipping charges include postage and packaging costs. You can check the shipping costs after choosing the payment and delivery methods.
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Collect from Posti parcel point (Smart Post)
- Collect from Posti outlet (Economy)
- Foreign Deliveries are made through DHL Express
Your order will be send to the nearest Post office from the address you have supplied when placing the order.
We deliver to all countries. These shipping methods only apply to orders from Hofler online store. At the time of order you may choose the most suitable delivery method.
Shipping for all orders inside Finland are free of charge regardless of packet size. For international deliveries, shipping cost will be charged for each order.
Posti will keep your package for two weeks, after which the order will automatically return to Hofler, if it is not picked up. If you choose to collect the package from SmartPost, the package is available for pick-up at the parcel point for seven days. After this, the item will be returned to the sender. Please note that your order will not be cancelled although the package is not collected. If you are prevented from picking up the package for any reason, or you have changed your mind, please inform our Customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note any return must be made within 14 days from the day on which you received your item(s). In order to receive a full credit, the gloves should not have been used and its original labeling/packaging must be intact. Before returning your product please contact us at email@example.com and ask for return instructions.
Replacing the product
If you want to change the size or color of the product, it is possible if the product is available in the warehouse. When the replace product is returned to us, we will deliver the right size / color of the product to you free of charge.
Defective or wrong item
If you notice an error in our product, we have provided you the wrong product or the product is damaged during transport, please contact Hofler customer service, firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon as possible. Notice of wrong delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
If the package is damaged during the delivery, please immediately make a complaint directly to the post office.
Packing and returning the product
Please pack the product carefully in the original packing box or the like, and mail it to the existing Hofler Oy’s address. In case of returns, customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
We do not accept returns after 14 days from the day on which you received your order. When the return is approved and we have received back the item(s), the money will be returned to your bank account. Credit card payment will be returned to you by the same payment method that you originally used.
